Yes. All our gas engineers are fully Gas Safe registered and carry their ID cards. We issue Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) on completion of every gas job. Registration numbers available on request.
Landlords in England are legally required to have a gas safety check carried out every 12 months. The certificate must be given to tenants within 28 days of the check. We offer annual reminder services for landlords.
Yes. We install both electric and wet underfloor heating systems. Wet systems are ideal for new extensions and renovations connected to your boiler. Electric systems work well for single-room retrofits like bathrooms.
