For a full bathroom refit, you'll typically be without the bathroom for 7–10 working days. If you have a second bathroom or en-suite, this is manageable. If it's your only bathroom, we can sometimes phase the work to minimise disruption.
Yes. We offer a fit-only service where you supply the suite and we fit it. This can save money if you've found a good deal. However, be aware that if the suite has defects or missing parts, it can delay the job.
No. Bathroom renovations don't require planning permission unless you're adding a bathroom to a new room or making structural changes. Building regulations approval may be required for certain electrical work, which we handle as part of the job.
A wet room is a fully waterproofed bathroom with a level-access shower and no shower tray. The entire floor and lower walls are tanked before tiling. Costs depend on size and specification. We provide a fixed written quote after visiting your property.
Yes. We install walk-in baths, level-access showers, grab rails, non-slip flooring and accessible WCs. We can also advise on Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG) if you're eligible for council funding.
