Complete kitchen refit in an Edwardian semi-detached home. White shaker cabinets, quartz worktops, brushed brass hardware and integrated appliances. All plumbing, electrics and tiling completed in-house.

Full exterior repaint of a 1950s semi-detached home. Cracked render repaired, window frames sanded and painted, front door refinished in heritage green. Scaffolding included.
Tile Re-Roof & Chimney Work
Full tile re-roof on an Edwardian semi-detached property. Original clay tiles matched and replaced, new underfelt and battens, chimney repointed and capped. Scaffolding and skip included.
Loft Conversion — Velux
Velux loft conversion creating a new master bedroom with en-suite. Velux windows for natural light, full insulation, electrics and plastering. Building regs and party wall handled.
Staircase Renovation
Complete staircase renovation in a Victorian terrace. New spindles, handrail and newel posts installed. Period-correct profile, painted in white with oak handrail. Carpet fitted.
